Finish work really late and I was a able to book a last minute appointment for a hearing screening test. Would definitely recommend Susan the ear pharmacist, very accommodating and I will return if needed.

The free follow up appointment was everything for me as I did not realise i had so much wax in my ears. The ear drops recommended worked perfectly. I will definitely be coming back.

Susan the ear pharmacist was the catalyst I needed to helped speed my appointment with GP to refer me for more specialist attention. So impressed with the follow up appointments and I got to view pics and videos of my ears , so cool. I would not hesitate to recommend Susan to any one needing otoscopy and wax removal.
